Can leasing an apartment improve your Credit?
I know that if you lease an apartment and do not pay on time and so on, it can affect Your Credit badly. I was wondering if it would improve your credit if you paid everything on time? Lets also say an individual is on the lease but needed a guarantor/cosigner, IF leasing an apartment could improve your credit, in this case, would it only improve the cosigners, or the individual on the lease as well?
You have to borrow money with either personal loans or credit cards in order to build your credit.
Leasing does not Build Credit.
